kidneys,

I use this tincture as part of my Four
Step Natural Cure Plan to support the elimination
functions of the kidneys. It works by increasing the flow
of urine, plus it helps to disinfect the kidneys and bladder.
Horsetailis a diuretic and anti-inflammatory
herb with disinfectant
properties.
In
Europe it is used as a diuretic for the treatment of edema
(swellings due to fluid retention). The German Commission E expert
panel recognizes the benefits of horsetail and has approved it for that
purpose.
Goldenrod
is also used as a diuretic
and as an anti-inflamatory
for the kidney tract. It is a traditional remedy for kidney stones.

The best way to take this tincture is to put
one dropper into a cup of hot
tea three times a
day. The alcohol in the
tincture will evaporate off in hot tea.
Use organic tea - green tea one
day, red
clover leaf tea the next. If you find the green tea too stimulating,
use a decaffeinated variety.
There is enough in the bottle
for
about 28 days. Stop taking it for a few days before resuming
another 28-day cycle, if indicated.
