These four tinctures are designed to support anyone who wants to detoxify and enjoy higher levels of health and vitality. They open the lungs, liver, and kidneys and they depolarize the lymph and blood, so that toxins can be efficiently removed from the body. They are a key part of my Four Step Natural Cure Plan. I've studied and used herbs in my practice for 36 years. I've found growers with a passion for quality. I use their herbs to make my tinctures, which I let cure for a year before using them in this herbal natural cure.

Good herbs are a labor of love. Wild-harvested herbs are best, followed by organically grown herbs. Maximum strength depends on weeks of careful drying and curing. Short cuts at any stage weaken the herbs’ therapeutic power. Industrial farming and processing methods result in herbs that have no healing power at all. Whatever you decide to do with herbs, quality is key in any herbal natural cure.

2. Goldenrod and Horsetail tincture will open and disinfect the kidneys and bladder.

3. Milkthistle and Dandelion Root tincture will help to open, repair, rebuild, and protect the liver.

Recommendations for Use:

The best way to take these tinctures is to put one dropper of each into a cup of tea three times a day. Make sure you put them into hot tea so that the alcohol in the tinctures can evaporate off. Use organic tea - green tea one day, red clover leaf tea the next. If you find the green tea too stimulating, use a decaffeinated variety.

Each dropper will last about 28 days.

NOTE:Therapeutic herbs should not be taken continuously. If your condition is severe and you decide to repeat this herbal natural cure, you should wait four days after one set of tinctures is used up before starting on a new set.

However, they don't contain "liquid lightening" that will cure diseases. My method is not disease-oriented, it is person-oriented; my method is to help you build your vitality so you can heal yourself from within. It relies on waking up your innate power; it does not depend on the supposed power of drugs or potions.

This involves a lifestyle shift into habits that support health. It involves changing things that are considered "normal" in our culture. But if you look at how sick our society has become (and it's not getting any better), you'll be able to judge for yourself where "normal" is taking us.
