Natural cure affirmations can boost your healing

Affirmations are brief, positive statements that influence the way we think and perceive reality. They are designed to influence the mind at its deepest levels so that beliefs, habitual behaviors, attitudes and perceptions can develop in more useful, healthier ways.

Affirmations are always stated as though the new changes and learnings are happening now, rather than in the future. Example: I, Dr. Jim, am learning how affirmations are designed.

Affirmations are often repeated in three persons. Here are some examples of my affirmation:

First person: I, Dr. Jim, am learning how affirmations are designed.

Second person: Dr. Jim, you are learning how affirmations are designed.

Third Person: Dr. Jim is learning how affirmations are designed.

When stated in all three persons like this, the impact and effectiveness of these natural cure affirmations become greatly enhanced.

The Five Secret Techniques for Using Affirmations

Secret #1 - Write each five times in your own hand. This may at first seem arduous and possibly boring, but with persistence you will begin to notice tangible results. It becomes a lot more interesting when you see results.

Secret #2 - State the affirmation aloud as you’re writing it. You’ll find that the more muscles you include (in this case, the vocal chords) in working your affirmations the greater the impact they have on your life. Some people like to sing their affirmations, not only when they’re writing them, but at other times of the day such as when showering, dressing, driving, or doing the dishes.

Secret #3 - Keep a 3-ring Radiant Health notebook in which to keep all your Natural Cures notes, handouts, and affirmations. Try to review it daily, preferable early in the day or just before going to bed at night.

Secret #4 - Create a Treasure Map of radiant health and add your written affirmations to it. This could be a paste-up collage of photos, headlines you’ve clipped from health magazines or it could simply be a drawing of you enjoying your new Natural Cures lifestyle. Be sure to include your affirmations as part of it.

Secret #5 - Affirm what you want, never what you don't want or want to get rid of.
