Natural cures come about when we cooperate more fully with our in-dwelling life force. Natural cures are not miracles, even though the turn-arounds they cause can sometimes seem miraculous. They depend on simple actions that you can take one step at a time as you learn them. You and your nature are the miracle.

Is there a natural cure for cancer?

In my practice, people often ask me “do you have a cure for cancer?” They are understandably eager to find a silver bullet that will cure them of disease and make them healthy.

The drug companies and doctors encourage this kind of thinking. They suggest there are special medicines that will cure “diseases” and we are encouraged to imagine there are quick fixes available at the stroke of a doctor’s pen.

I see things differently. Even though I do not believe there is a miracle drug for cancer or the other things that ail us, I do know, from my practice, that we can rekindle our natural power by bringing the way we live into greater harmony with Nature and that when we do, we shift into much higher levels of vitality and wellbeing.

I've seen patients, time and again, who were given up as "terminal" come back to full healthy lives once they made the changes that let Nature take care of them.

When we make a shift like that, all kinds of conditions in our physical and emotional lives shift for the better – often radically. That’s what I call a “natural cure”. It’s not something you can buy in a bottle. It’s something you already have, in potential, inside every cell of your body.

What is the best way to use this site?

The purpose of this site is to show you an approach to wellness and health that is based on the healing power of your own nature. It is focused on your health, not on this or that disease. As a result, this site does not provide disease-oriented medical advice. Only a medical doctor has the legal authority to do that.

If your health is compromised, you are advised to seek and maintain competent professional help. By informing yourself on this site about more of your options, you will be better able to assess the competence of the help that is offered to you.

I advise you to remember at all times that no professional helper will care as much about your health as you do. Consequently, the better informed you are and the more responsibility you are willing to take for your health, the greater are your chances of enjoying a long, healthy life. It is with that goal in mind that I have created this site.

The Natural Cure Guide you are now looking at contains questions frequently asked by my patients. It will continue to evolve. It is one window into the material of the site and, if you find questions here that you have been wondering about, then it is a good place for you to start.

Many people become overwhelmed by the amount of information that is available about natural cures. The information is not organized in a way that helps them take effective action. My Four Step Natural Cure Plan is an action plan. It is for people who want to do something to improve their health. Instead of attempting to change our seriously flawed health care system or reform the thinking of the prevailing powers that be, you are better advised to focus first on your own health and well-being. For it is here that you have the authority to take charge.

It’s useful to recognize that you, alone, have the authority to take charge of your life and do something about conditions that do not serve your well-being. Who else has that authority unless you delegate it to them?

The acceptance of that responsibility is your first big step towards a life of radiant health, well-being and fulfillment. It begins with a commitment you can make to yourself to start learning to live well now, in your present situation, not in some vague time in the future. Is there a hospital you can recommend that combines both conventional and natural approaches to cancer?

Whenever I try to give up my favorite soft drink I always crave more of it — the same goes for wine at dinner and coffee afterwards. How will I be able to handle the craving? How will I be able to make this transition?

You’ll find yourself naturally gravitating towards things that are good for your health, such as pure, distilled water when you’re thirsty, and away from things that aren’t, such as sodas and caffeinated beverages or alcohol without having a sense that you’re giving up anything.

Instead, you’ll discover you’re left with a sense of satisfied thirst which is something that the other beverages can’t provide. Only pure water really satisfies thirst and restores hydration to the living cells of your body. You can feel good about that. The others are diuretics that cause the body to excrete fluids even when the cells are already dehydrated.

I hear food supplements are a waste of money. There are so many conflicting stories about them in the media. What’s going on?

I recommend to all my patients that they eat super-foods every day. Super-foods are not isolated “supplements” – far from it. They are whole, naturally-balanced, real food. Super-foods will let you build the nutritional foundation you need for radiant health.

I do not believe isolated vitamins, minerals, and other “supplements” will bridge the nutrition gap caused by our deficient food supply. These products are manufactured in factories and are neither whole nor natural products, no matter what they say on the label. When did you last see a Vitamin E Tree, for instance?

Isolated nutrients do not belong in us – only food does. The only exception I make is for Vitamin C.

Whole, organic, concentrated foods – things like wheat germ, spirulina, kamut, chlorella, and fossilized coral - are virtually essential, given how depleted our food has become. They have an energy field that adds to our life force when we consume them. On the other hand, synthetic isolated compounds formulated by chemists and sold as “vitamins” and “food supplements” are dead. They are a waste of money.

Most researchers look for simple cause-and-effect relationships – for instance, does this isolated vitamin cause this or that effect? They fail to recognize differences in quality between synthetic products and truly natural ones, and they state their findings as if they applied equally to both.

They test isolated compounds, not whole foods, so they don't see the ways in which highly concentrated nutrients in whole foods interact and support each other.

They also fail to understand that natural products work inside of a natural healing context - meaning that they work most effectively in a body that is not burdened with built-up toxins, or in a body that is actively eliminating toxins. Researchers do not take this kind of thing into account, so their results are unreliable and sometimes contradictory.

Most of my patients find that eating organic food grown on revitalized and mineralized soil, supplemented with whole-food, organic "super-foods", is sufficient. Most other food supplements are a waste of money. You can find out more about super-foods by clicking here.


Natural Cure Guide - 9

I cannot afford to buy any products. What can I do to get better?

You don't have to spend more money to be healthier. The aboriginals living in the forests, jungles and deserts don't buy expensive food supplements. They also don't eat junk food, drink sodas, breathe car exhaust fumes, sit in front of radiation-producing televisions, or use cell phones.

It takes very little money to practice caloric restriction, which is VERY healthy. This means eating less food is healthier. Here is a simple outline:

1. Drink only pure distilled water with added electrolytic minerals. True, it costs a little more than filtered water, but the benefits to your health are worth more than the small extra cost. Stay away from tap water if you want to feel healthier. Nature intended us to drink only pure water. Drinking distilled water over time could leach minerals from the body so it’s important to add electrolytic minerals such as Himalayan salt or my Zeta Crystals. Mix ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan salt to one gallon of distilled water. Drink half a gallon or more every day and you’ll discover yourself looking and feeling healthier very quickly.

2. Eat only organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts and legumes. Free-range chicken and eggs, turkey and wild Alaskan salmon are also good choices. Sure, organic food costs a little more, but in the long run you’ll be saving money by avoiding ALL junk foods, which don’t come cheaply. If you need milk in your diet, drink organic goats’ milk or rice or almond milk instead of cow’s milk. You can even make your own rice or almond milk using a blender.

3. Yoga or stretching daily is very important, especially before exercising, and it’s totally free. It nourishes the spirit as well as the body and restores a calm sense of balance.

4. Exercise moves fluids, increases oxygen saturation, alkalinizes the body and helps to eliminate wastes. Whether riding a stationary or "real" bicycle, walking, swimming, or playing tennis, exercise should be part of your daily practice.

5. Pray or meditate every day. Reconnect with the deeper aspects of your mind and intuition. Invite creativity and inspiration. Nurture your essence. Use your imagination to picture yourself as healthy, strong and young of spirit.

6. Stay active doing something productive. Idle minds begin to decay. Challenge yourself daily. Turn off the TV. It’s always a good idea to have a good book to read regardless of the subject.

7. Keep stress down to a minimum. Tolerating stressful conditions is delusional. Although invisible and often difficult to recognize, stress has a strong negative impact on the immune system and adrenal glands. It can lead to disease conditions which reduce the quality and duration of one’s life.

8. Get enough restful sleep every night — at least seven hours — in order to stay healthy and vital. This may be the most important principle of all and it certainly is the cheapest to implement. This gives your body and spirit the time they need to integrate, restore and rebalance themselves.

9. If you have a health challenge, you must first detoxify your body, build up your immune system and restore balance to your life. You may need to include additional whole food supplements to regain optimal wellness. The small extra cost can be quickly offset by the improvements you feel in your own well-being.

10. Living healthy and happily is a balanced way of life of its own, not something you can add to an existing unbalanced, stressful lifestyle.
