Creating a Natural Cure Lifestyle is Easy with These Tools
Most people have discovered that changing living habits does not come easily, because the old, habitual ways of doing things are our default settings. We tend to fall back into our familiar ways simply because that’s the way we’ve always done things, whatever they may be.Now we want to live in a healthier way, but our natural tendency is to keep on drinking our favorite junk soda even though we’ve sworn we were going to switch to oxygenated, distilled water instead. We know the phosphoric acid and sugar in soda pop is bad for us, but we’re thirsty, so “just this once” we allow ourselves to have a soda. How are we ever going to change our habits if we keep doing things that way? Fortunately, we are not alone in addressing this dilemma. Handy Thing #2 - Read this description from Handy Tool #1 every morning to remind yourself of where you’re going and why it’s important to your long-term well-being. It will help you to stay on course and give you the courage to resist the temptations that will inevitably arise as you move through life. This reinforces the new neural networks that are forming in your brain and makes them more resilient. Find the one that “speaks” to you and read it weekly to help ground you to your new path. Handy Thing #5 - Join or start your own support group of like-minded people and then meet in person or by phone on a weekly basis for mutual support in accomplishing your health-related natural cure lifestyle goals. Handy Tool #6 - Become more selective about whom you spend your time with and avoid the company of those who are careless or indifferent about their health.
