A Natural Cure Mindset To Help You Get Better
A natural cure mindset is your greatest asset.
The habitual way you think is often called your "mindset.” But just because you think in a habitual way or have a mindset doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it. You can learn to think differently, especially about your health. In fact, you probably think a lot differently now than you did 20 years ago. As we grow up we continually learn to expand our thinking to include new experiences, new ideas and new interests. But we live in a different world than we did 20 years ago. There are more people, more cars, more industry and that means there’s more toxins in the air we breathe, in the water we drink and in the food we eat. Those toxins are making us sicker and sicker. That’s why it’s important to develop a natural cures way of thinking about your own health. Otherwise, you might wind up being the one out of two who develops cancer or the one out of three who become diabetic in their lifetime.
A natural cure mindset can save you from a heap of suffering and might even save your life! Here’s why.
Your thoughts can raise your spirit and strengthen your immune system. They can inspire you and bring energy, and help you to thrive.
Modern research has shown that your mind can be your best medicine. Your most intimate relationship is the one you have with your own thoughts. They are always with you. They can raise your spirits and fill your world with joy - or they can bring you down and make you sick. There are three thoughts that I recommend for your health. When they become habits, you will have developed a “natural cure mindset” -- a powerful tool for ensuring vitality and longevity.
Here are the three basic thoughts and three powerful tools to develop a natural cure mindset
The Three Thoughts of a Natural Cure Mindset
You have a natural cure mindset when these three thoughts are the habitual ways you think about your health:
1. I am in charge of my health and I have sole authority over my body. If you are like most Americans, you probably think your doctor knows what’s best for your health. This could turn into a problem for you because doctors do not pay much attention to your health until you show up with a disease. By then, you may already be in trouble. Statistics show that disease is rampant and that it is unsafe to rely on self-appointed medical authorities. In fact, you are the only authority you can rely on. No one will care about your health as much as you do.
2. I have immense power to affect my health for the better. All healing, whether based on drug therapy or natural means, depends on your own in-dwelling healing power. Your power is always the make or break factor -- not your doctor, not your medication -- but your own natural life force.
3. My body gives me continuous feedback to help me improve my health. Your body is your best friend. You can trust it always to let you know when it is out of balance. The signs and symptoms it gives you are valuable feedback -- not nuisances to be ignored and suppressed. The feedback your body provides to you will change for the better, often radically, as you support its natural drive to greater health.
There is a great deal you can do for your health, once you take charge. The place to start is with your mind. Here is how you can do it...
Three Steps to a Natural Cure Mindset
I’m going to show you some simple and powerful ways you can change your mind. Anyone can use them to develop a natural cure mindset. It’s just a matter of going forward, step by step. You may be surprised at how quickly and easily you can develop a natural cure mindset when you follow these simple steps. Naturally, you may find yourself going back to old habits from time to time. That’s normal and to be expected. The trick is to just keep going on your new path, letting your progress continue with every step you take.
I recommend you do this work with a light heart
If it makes you laugh, so much the better. The sillier you think it is, the more benefit you are likely to get from it. Remember, these are steps to change your mind, not to reinforce your current thinking. These are the steps that build a natural cure mindset:
1. Use Positive Affirmations You can use simple, positive thoughts to interrupt unhappy ones. For instance, if you find yourself thinking “Why does this always happen to me?” or some other thought that leaves you feeling helpless, you could decide to think instead, “Now that I have taken charge of my health, I can see myself becoming radiantly healthy.” It doesn’t matter whether you happen to believe in the new thought or not. All that really counts is that the new thought be positive and that it makes you feel better than the old thought. There is no limit to the number of positive thoughts you can have about yourself, your health, and the world. Positive thoughts leave you feeling better than negative ones. It’s that simple. To help you get started, I’ve provided a list of affirmations that are ideal for developing a natural cure mindset. You can see them by

When people start using positive affirmations, they often experience a counter-reaction from their mind. Their mind might say things to them like “this won’t work for me”, or “I don’t deserve this”, or some other kind of discouraging idea. This is normal and to be expected. It is actually very helpful feedback. It shows some of the unconscious attitudes that can cause health problems if left alone. You can adapt your positive affirmations to deal directly with these attitudes - for instance: “I used to think differently, but now I know that thinking positively about my health will help me get better” -- and so forth.
2. Release Toxic Emotions From The Past.
Toxic thoughts and feelings come from the past. They can seem to have a life of their own, and at first sight, they can appear to be difficult to deal with. But they can be released quickly using a technique that is easy to learn and costs nothing because you do it yourself, without a therapist. Toxic feelings like resentment, grudges, anger, sadness, worry, and fear do not serve your happiness. The rule of thumb you can rely on is this: if thoughts or feelings do not leave you feeling happy, they are bad for your health. Period. Releasing them is vital. I encourage patients specifically to “forgive the unforgivable” -- to just let go of whatever resentments they may have. Resentment brings us down like there’s no bottom to it. Who cares whether you are “right” or not? The person who is getting hurt most by your resentment is you. Letting go of it is one of the smartest moves you can make -- and it just recently got a whole lot easier to do. A breakthrough technique can let you immediately release life-long grudges, phobias and give permanent relief from anxiety, depression and other distressing states of mind that can leave you vulnerable to illness. It’s called “Emotional Freedom Technique”. I recommend you use it whenever you feel down or stressed out by negative thoughts and emotions. Its effects are truly remarkable - and fast.
