A Natural Cure Sweetener Will Satisfy your Sweet Tooth
Without Poisoning You
A natural cure sweetener will let you satisfy your yearnings for sweetness without making you fatter, or diabetic, or without feelings of self-sabotage or guilt. Most people don’t realize that while it tastes so good, refined sugar is actually toxic (poisonous) to the human body. There are at least
76 different ways
in which refined sugars — regardless of whether they are organically-grown, ”evaporated cane juice,” white or a shade of brown — are toxic and destructive. In nature, there are virtually no refined sugars. They are a relatively recent human invention, only a few hundred years old. The human body has not evolved to properly metabolize refined sugars yet. That may require a few hundred thousand years or more to come about, if it comes about at all. Refined sugars are frequently disguised under pseudonyms in the foods you may be eating. Familiar examples include high fructose corn syrup (or simply HFCS), evaporated cane juice, fruit fructose, lactose, galactose, dextrose, maltose, mannitol and sucrose. All refined sugars are to be avoided no matter how they’re disguised. Many natural doctors view eating them as a form of slow suicide. Artificial sweeteners are bad news, too. They can lead to all sorts of significant health issues later down the road. Aspartame, for instance, is a known neurotoxin that affects the nervous system and contributes to neurological disorders. The current “diet” soda craze and its hidden or denied health dangers for children, teenagers and people like yourself, can be avoided by switching to distilled water to satisfy thirst.
Charged distilled water
does it best. Sodas actually increase thirst rather than satisfying it. They contain eight teaspoons of sugar per serving. Pure water is your body’s best friend. The best news is there are sweeteners that are actually good for you! Yes, it’s true! And they taste good, too. Examples include agave nectar, xylitol, stevia, raw organic honey, raw sugar (from sugar cane), and unfiltered, organic maple syrup. Xylitol looks and tastes like white sugar, but unlike other refined sugars is actually beneficial for the gums and teeth because it has a natural anti-cavity factor similar to raw sugar cane. It also has a low glycemic index and can be used safely as a sweetener by diabetics. It works well as a replacement for refined sugar in baking recipes. Stevia is used widely as a sweetener for soft drinks in Japan and Brazil. More and more people are deciding to switch to a natural cure sweetener so they can enjoy sweets without being poisoned or feeling guilty about them. You can satisfy your sweet tooth by switching to a natural cure sweetener. It’s as easy as changing brands. Instead of reaching for the refined sugar, try organic agave nectar or xylitol or stevia in your morning tea or smoothie. You’ll find they taste just as good, if not better. And the best part is the guilt-free, warm glow of enjoyment you feel as you savor every drop, because deep down you know you’re doing your body a favor. Here’s some tips on freeing yourself from your sugar addiction: 1. It’s useful to know all the cryptic names for refined sugar. They range from high-fructose corn syrup, dextrose, sucrose, to corn syrup. It might be helpful to toss out food products in your cupboards with refined sugar in them. 2. Eating organic fruit could become a delightful habit. Fruit is a great way to eat something sweet, and control calories. But you might wish to stay away from dried fruit or sweetened fruit because they have an effect on the body similar to that of refined sugar. 3. Artificial sweeteners are not good for the body. They are not food. They are believed to be toxic to the nervous system. It is an illusion that they prevent weight gain. Studies show that artificial sweeteners can make you crave refined sugar. A host of medical conditions ranging from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) to cancer has been attributed to artificial sweeteners. Even though others may use them with seeming impunity, you might enjoy switching to natural sweeteners. 4. White things, such as white flour, white rice, and white potatoes, have the same unhealthy effect on the body as refined sugar. You might consider cooking with kamut instead of white flower; eating organic brown rice instead of nutrient-poor white rice; substituting red potatoes or sweet potatoes in place of white potatoes. 5. Fruit juices are high in fructose sugar. Even 100% juice produces an insulin reaction when you drink it. Instead, if you are truly committed to improving your health, you might prefer to drink charged, distilled water to quench your thirst. If you must drink fruit juices, it’s helpful to remember to chew each mouthful so that gastric juices in saliva can initiate digestion before the juice reaches the stomach. This enables more complete absorption of nutrients and lessens the likelihood of an insulin spike. 6. Some prefer stevia, xylotol or agave nectar. These are all natural cure sweeteners. They are rapidly gaining popularity due to their low glycemic index. 7. Raw, unheated honey is another natural cure sweetener. Raw, unheated honey is absorbed more slowly into the blood stream which enables it to be digested without provoking an insulin reaction. If you really need a sweetness fix, you might enjoy eating some raw honey. It can be fun to learn to cook with it. 8. Smart people are moderate with alcohol. It stresses the immune system, especially the liver, and ultimately can cause death. Alcohol affects the body like sugar. 9. If you must eat refined sugars, and cannot switch to natural cure sweeteners, you might choose to eat them after meals. After meals, refined sugar has less impact on blood glucose levels because it takes longer to be absorbed by the body.
