Every cell in a healthy human body has an electrical potential that ranges from 70 to 90 millivolts. Dose

Mix one half teaspoon of Zeta Crystals in a gallon of distilled water. Drinking half of one’s weight converted into ounces daily is the ideal amount of water to consume.

If you weigh 128 pounds, you’ll need to drink at least 64 ounces (2 quarts) of Zeta Crystals-enriched, distilled water daily to properly hydrate your body. This means drinking eight 8-ounce glasses every day. Yes, that may seem like a lot of water to gulp down, but remember that doing so detoxifies, oxygenates and electrifies every cell and results in better health and sustained youthful vitality.
